We do not require a monthly fee.  We will ask for a small deposit and then watch your usage for a month.  On the 20th of the month we will send you an invoice telling you how much of your deposit you have left or a charge is based upon what you used the previous month, this determines how much your fee will be for the next month.

Keep in mind that most people estimate their usage way too high.  Typically you will use about 75% less than you think you will.
